Personalised, evidence-based exercise physiology for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants who want to move with greater confidence, build their physical capacity and participate more fully in everyday life.

Do you want exercise support designed around your goals, abilities and everyday life?
At Empower Strength & Performance, we provide person-centred exercise physiology for plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants who want structured, supportive and purposeful exercise.
Your program is built around what matters to you.
Here is how we can support you:
Success is not measured only by what happens in the gym.
It is measured by what exercise helps you do in your life.
Your first appointment gives us time to understand you, your goals and your current abilities.
We will discuss your relevant health history, previous experiences with exercise, current challenges, interests and NDIS goals.
We will also complete appropriate movement and exercise assessments. These help us establish a starting point and create a plan that is safe, achievable and meaningful to you.
Receive one-to-one support from an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Each session is adapted to your abilities, preferences and goals. You will receive clear instructions, practical feedback and encouragement without being pressured or compared with anyone else.
Exercises may focus on areas such as strength, balance, mobility, coordination, cardiovascular fitness and confidence with movement.
Your exercise program will be created specifically for you.
Rather than giving you a generic list of exercises, we consider your goals, abilities, environment, available equipment and the activities you enjoy.
Your program can be reviewed and adapted as your capacity, confidence and goals change.
We measure progress against the goals that matter to you.
This may include changes in strength, balance, mobility, physical capacity, exercise confidence, participation or ability to complete everyday activities.
Where appropriate and agreed, we can provide progress reports and supporting information for your NDIS plan review or support team.
Good support often involves people working together.
With your consent, we can communicate with your family, support coordinator, plan manager and other health or disability professionals.
This helps everyone understand your exercise goals, current progress and the best ways to support you.
We deliver carefully planned exercise support using clinical exercise physiology, ongoing assessment and evidence-based practice.
We adapt the exercises, environment, communication and level of support to suit you.
Our purpose is not simply to help you complete a workout - It is to use exercise to help you build capacity, confidence and greater participation in the parts of life that matter to you.

I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with extensive experience in strength training, exercise programming and long-term physical development.
I began strength training at 17 as a way to develop his own confidence. That experience grew into a career helping other people understand their bodies, develop new physical skills and discover what they are capable of achieving.
I understand that every participant has different abilities, experiences, preferences and goals and I work collaboratively with each person to make exercise accessible, purposeful and rewarding.
We only take on a limited number of committed lifters at a time.
When spots fill, we pause new intakes.
If you wait, someone else may take your place.
If you would like to secure your spot, book your chat now before it disappears.
